the ones where you have to complete the offers in order to recieve them. some of the offers usually include signin up or bmg music or credit cards or other things. i get the emails all the time. very enticing.

2. yes but u have to go through a lot of crap and they make you buy something or become a member of a club and you have to give them debt or credit card numbers lets just say there are a lot of strings attached
